Warehouse & Logistics Store Manager - Irrigation Supplies

We are a multi award-winning landscape company who specialises in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.
From our humble beginnings in a small shed, we now have established depots and offices in, Perth, the South-West of WA, South Australia, Victoria, and Queensland.
About the Role Lead operations in our busy warehouse and trade store, supplying landscaping projects across the Metro Area.

What You'll Do: Oversee daily warehouse and store operations - receiving, storage, dispatch Manage inventory control, stocktakes, and ordering processes Lead, coach and develop a small team Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams Maintain safe, organised, and efficient facilities Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements What You Bring: 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or store management (trade/industrial supplies an advantage) Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with stock control and warehouse management systems Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills Forklift license and WHS knowledge desirable Why Join Us?
