Warehouse and Trade Store Supervisor

At the forefront of our operations, we require an accomplished Store Manager to lead our warehouse and trade store team in supplying landscaping projects across the metro area.
This key role involves overseeing daily warehouse and store activities - receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, stocktakes, ordering processes, team management, supplier coordination, and facility maintenance. If you thrive on driving efficiency, optimizing systems, and fostering a high-performing team culture, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of warehouse and store operations, ensuring seamless delivery of products to clients.
- Management of inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Leadership, coaching, and development of a small team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration with suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintenance of safe, organized, and efficient facilities to meet company standards.
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to drive process improvements and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or store management, preferably in trade/industrial supplies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in stock control and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Forklift license and WHS knowledge are desirable.
