Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled warehouse professional to lead our operations in a busy warehouse environment.
About the Role:- Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient stock control and inventory management.
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field (trade/industrial supplies an advantage).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Experience with stock control and warehouse management systems, including inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Forklift license and WHS knowledge desirable.
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in the irrigation supply industry.
- Strong relationships with local suppliers and freight companies.
