We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse professional to manage our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership.
About the Role- Manage the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control.
- Lead and train a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate freight logistics and shipping documentation to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Demonstrated expertise in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software to optimize workflows.
