About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join a dynamic Sydney-based fintech. You'll work closely with the Head of Data Analytics to manage, maintain, and enhance all aspects of their Data and Analytics environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, deploying, and debugging cloud stacks, as well as ensuring the security of the cloud analytic and reporting infrastructure.

Skills & Experience
  • 5-7 years of cloud engineering/data pipeline experience
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services
  • Expertise in data warehouse technologies
  • Strong scripting skills
  • Experience with SysOps
  • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred)
  • Analytic skills using SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Technical understanding of SaaS platforms and agile methodologies
