About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and organised Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic Construction team.
This role supports the Contracts Manager and Project Management Team by ensuring seamless contract administration, compliance, and coordination across all project stages.
Your contribution will be key in driving projects to meet or exceed health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities: Provide contract administration support including preparing project documentation, managing correspondence, and organising meetings.
Assist with the preparation and management of tenders, bids, progress claims, variations, and project submissions.
Coordinate project administration tasks to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Support financial management activities including monthly claims and subcontractor adjustments.
Maintain construction programs and assist in site office administration.
Actively promote safety, quality, and environmental best practices on all projects.
What We're Looking For: Have demonstrated experience in administering high value head contracts and subcontracts.
Have demonstrated experience in managing large claim assessments.
Have a demonstrated ability to prepare, assess and submit variations for both contract and subcontractors.
Be confident in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members.
Be customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with our sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives.
Have previous experience in, or ability to learn Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech and MSSuite.
Preparation of Monthly Project Reports in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Those who display experience in a similar role or have tertiary qualifications inconstruction management will have a distinct advantage.
