Apply now Job no: 575419Work type: Full-timeLocation: FlexibleCategories: ManagementFlexible location based at Melbourne, Burwood or Geelong Campus + hybrid work arrangements2 x full-time and continuing positions available - commencement from 6 October 2025Team overview:As trusted advisors and collaborative partners, the Finance and Assurance function provides a range of services to all parts of the university to drive financial sustainability and provide expert advice and compliance assurance to support delivery of the University Strategy and operational activities.Our Assurance capability, consisting of Legal Services, Compliance and Contract Governance and Risk, develops the University frameworks and policy, and key expertise that underpins compliance and corporate governance and Deakin's commitment to high standards of integrity.About the role:The Coordinator, Contract Governance is responsible for planning, organising, coordinating and supporting the development and implementation of the Contract Governance policy, procedures and frameworks across the University.As a Coordinator, Contract Governance you will:Review, monitor and update the University policy, procedure, practice and frameworks applicable to contract governance at the University.Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs.Strive for excellence and consult regularly with clients to clarify who requires the information, the purpose for which it is required, criteria for success and where and when advice and recommendation is required.Assist in the administration of contracts, including tracking key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
