Company Description Since 2021, Fourth Woman Therapy has been providing high-quality, Behaviour Support and Counselling services under the NDIS, Medicare, and Victim Services schemes.

We support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Schizophrenia, Depression, Dementia, etc — and have consistently received excellent feedback from both clients and auditors.

We are now expanding and seeking a casual Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team.

The role involves developing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting assessments, and providing positive behavior support to clients.

The practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing intervention strategies, monitoring client progress, and maintaining detailed documentation.***Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing behavior support plans and conducting functional behavior assessments as a registered BSP (Core, Proficient or above)Knowledgeable and experienced in trauma-informed care, positive behaviour support, restrictive practices, and evidence-based interventions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.

Excellent attention to detal, documentation and reporting skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or related field Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus Relevant certifications or licensure in behavior analysis or a related field is beneficial
