Lift Off Early Intervention is a multi award winning, NDIS registered provider offering specialised support for children with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delay, and other diverse needs. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Behaviour Support Practitioner. The role is based in South West Sydney, NSW with some work in the clinic, school or home environment. The Behaviour Support Practitioner will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans, monitoring and evaluating client progress, providing support and training to families and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications

  • Experience with assessments and behaviour support plan development.
  • Proficient level or above.
  • Skills in monitoring and evaluating client progress.
  • Ability to provide support and training to families and caregivers.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, ASD, or developmental delays.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Record Check and Working with Children Check are required.
