Key Responsibilities****

  • Deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services to NDIS participants across home, school, community, and clinic settings.
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, support staff, and other professionals to co-design and embed practical strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to families and support teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
  • Monitor progress, review plans regularly, and adjust strategies to achieve positive outcomes.

*About You*

You are a compassionate and motivated practitioner with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people with disability. You bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.
  • Registration (or eligibility) as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner under the PBS Capability Framework.
