Since 2021, Fourth Woman Therapy has been providing high-quality, Behaviour Support and Counselling services under the NDIS, Medicare, and Victim Services schemes. We support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Schizophrenia, Depression, Dementia, etc — and have consistently received excellent feedback from both clients and auditors.
We are now expanding and seeking a casual Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team.

Role Description
This is a casual role for a Behaviour Support Practitioner that requires consistent in-person engagement with clients and working from home. The role involves developing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting assessments, and providing positive behavior support to clients. The practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure the effective delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing intervention strategies, monitoring client progress, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications
2+ years of e
- xperience in developing and implementing behavior support plans and conducting functional behavior assessments as a registered BSP (Core, Proficient or above)
Knowledgeable and experienced in trauma-informed care, positive behaviour support, restrictive practices, and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.
- Excellent attention to detal, documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licensure in behavior analysis or a related field is beneficial
