We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Administrator to join our Home Entertainment team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our retail customers, consumers, Agency Partners and to our Sales Operations Team; and to ensure Madman's office is an awesome destination for our team to collaborate in.
If you're passionate about building awesome relationships and all things admin and excited about an opportunity to work in the entertainment industry we'd love to talk to youYour key responsibilities will be to : Respond to email queries from customers on orders, liaising with Madman's 3 PL warehouse and track and trace follow up.
Provide great administrative support to the Home Entertainment Sales Operations team and Agency Partners.
This includes managing various email inboxes, order management for AU & NZ customers, product info uploads and various data entry tasks.
Ensure the Madman office is running smoothly.
You will be the 'go-to' person for organising any mail and courier requirements, ordering office and kitchen supplies and ensuring our office is neat and presentable for our team and visitors.
