Job Title: Sales Incentives & Operations Support Analyst (Mandarin Speaking)

Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Incentives & Operations Support Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sales operations and incentive management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing sales incentive plans, managing customer accounts, optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing sales data, and supporting partner relationships. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective sales incentive plans across various sales channels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation and processing of commissions and payouts.
  • Analyze sales performance and incentive data to assess trends, identify insights, and evaluate plan effectiveness.
  • Ensure incentive structures align with overall business goals and sales strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and company standards and manage incentive systems with high accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, address client inquiries, and build long-term relationships to support sales targets.
  • Oversee the complete supply chain process including product planning, demand & supply, backlog resolution, rebates, inventory, and logistics issues.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM system data integrity and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support external partners by resolving operational issues, handling inquiries, and providing product/process training.
  • Ensure accuracy in revenue management processes including rebate forecasting, credit notes, payment follow-ups, and audit compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Incentive Management, ideally within a BPO or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics (KPIs), and incentive structures.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and direct customer or partner interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ERP/MRP platforms such as SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • High attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
