Lead Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Store Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead our team towards achieving exceptional results.

As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Improve customer satisfaction by creating memorable experiences and ensuring prompt issue resolution
  • Collaborate with state leadership to build effective and profitable stores
  • Motivate the team to meet business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence by managing rosters, back-of-house administration, and implementing process improvements

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
