We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Electrophysiology Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing field stock, healthcare compliance, and audits.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the ANZ Electrophysiology Team, including expense management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Managing field stock, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinating logistics for national sales conferences and other events.
- Liaising with third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
