Electrical Supervisor Job Description

This Electrical QA Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role overseeing quality assurance and commissioning on a high-profile resources project. You will be working in a well-established team at a major FMG site.

  • Lead routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct testing, quality assessments, and compliance audits on-site.
  • Coach and guide technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Manage Inspection Test Records (ITRs) using the CCMS system.
  • Support and enforce commissioning procedures for timely handover.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect electrical infrastructure assets.
  • Test and assess electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • WA Electrical Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working in fast-paced FIFO environments.
  • Strong understanding of QA / QC systems.
  • Valid Driver's License – 'C' Class.
  • OHS Construction Safety Induction White Card.
