About the Project Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will effectively manage the delivery and coordination of design, working toward successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the work of designers allocated to the project to ensure that their progress meets requirements.
  • Assist in the design approval process by coordinating issue resolution.
  • Work in conjunction with the Design Manager around project resourcing.
  • Assist with client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Manage work and performance of subcontractors with design responsibility.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, curious, passionate, creative, and has a Diploma or Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 3 years' experience in the field of tendering project delivery is also required.
