2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our client, a renowned leader in the retail automotive industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated BDM to join the team in Sydney, working across a large range of clients across the western Sydney region.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global brand, work with a diverse range of clients, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Identify and engage with potential new clients, presenting the product portfolio and value propositions Conduct sales visits and meetings with clients across the Western Sydney region Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your product knowledge and expertise Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics, procurement and product development to ensure client needs are met effectively Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports to management Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Requirements:2+ years' proven experience in sales/ BDM/ business development preferably within the automotive, manufacturing or related industries Hunter mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, balancing travel requirements with office-based tasks A valid driver's license and willingness to travel Competitive salary package with attractive commission and performance-based incentives Company car, travel allowance, laptop and phone will all be provided If you feel you have the skillset to match the job description, please send through an up to date copy of your resume via the "Apply" option on this page.
