Shift Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Manager (Monday to Friday / 6am – 2:30pm) to join our team based at our Distribution Centre in Dandenong South.
Reporting to the Head of Distribution, this role willbe responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff.About The JobOversee daily operations at the DC.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, enforcing and following Loreal standards and procedures and by complying with local regulations Ensure a high degree of detail, data analytics and focus on continuous improvements opportunities Coordinate and determine the labour requirements across all the different activities in the Warehouse Drive and manage the budgeted KPI's across all the departments.
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have hadpreviousexperience in a similar role looking after medium/ large team.Strong experience in a warehouse or distribution centres Proficiency with warehouse procedures, policies and systems Proven experience leading and developing a medium/large team Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff Ability to deliver effective feedback and communication with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal About The PerksCorporate discounts available as well as annual product allowance to use across our portfolio of brands On-site staff shop Social, Health & Well-being programs throughout the year About The DivisionL'Oréal Australia's Operationsincludes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams.
