We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion.

This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

As Project Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth What We're Looking For Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50 MDeep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities Why Join Parkview?At Parkview, you'll be part of a high-performing, supportive team with a strong reputation in the market.
