This Position reports to: Projects and Engineering Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will have the opportunity to lead the execution of service projects with small to large complexity.

Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.

You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

Work model: hybrid #hybrid Lead brownfield service projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery Assist in design and solution development for service projects within the EL business Manage budgets and costs across all project phases Ensure project closure with customer sign-off and documentation Coordinate field and technical teams for HV/LV systems and equipment Engage with customers to resolve issues and minimize downtime Our Team Dynamics At ABB Electrification Service, we work as one team.

Every service we deliver makes a differenceQualifications For The Role Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent relevant experience5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical, industrial, or service sectors Ideally knowledge in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera ), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and a strong understanding of electrical products such as switchgear, relays, and both high and low voltage systems Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
