Manager - Residential Accommodation (527772)

The Accommodation Services team manages the Department's commercial and residential rental activities and office space planning.
The Role: The Manager – Residential Accommodation provides strategic, operational, and authoritative advice and direction for managing the Department's residential accommodation arrangements to ensure the optimal use of limited resources while meeting frontline service delivery needs.
You will need: Highly developed leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff, model the Department's values, and adapt approaches to new strategic directions.
High-level negotiation, advocacy, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop effective networks with stakeholders to achieve organizational outcomes.
Extensive experience and knowledge in managing and delivering statewide services, including understanding relevant policies and government principles.

Details of appointment: Permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
This is a statewide position, applications are welcomed from South, North, and Northwest regions.
Applicants should note that hours are negotiable with the successful candidate.
Note: The selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies for twelve months from the date of publication.
Salary: $128,102 to $134,832 per annum, plus a 12% superannuation contribution.
Salary is in accordance with the Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
