Residential Accommodation Specialist

**Role Overview:**
The Residential Property Officer plays a pivotal part in managing residential accommodation, ensuring staff and visitors have suitable lodging in southern Tasmania.
This role involves overseeing contracts, tenancies, furnishing, service connections, maintenance, and cleaning. The officer serves as the primary point of contact for accommodation-related issues, liaising with stakeholders and tenants to resolve concerns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage residential accommodation contracts and tenancies;
- Coordinate furnishing, service connections, maintenance, and cleaning;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accommodation-related issues;
**Requirements:**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management, including relevant legislation;
- High-level interpersonal skills, including effective communication, relationship management, and assertiveness;
- Strong organisational skills, including financial management, initiative, prioritisation, and adaptability;
