The primary role of a Residential Accommodation Manager is to oversee the provision of residential facilities for staff, contractors, and visitors. This involves managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of residential facilities for staff, contractors, and visitors
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to residential accommodation
  • Coordinate tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction among tenants
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, vendors, agency staff, and contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management
  • High-level interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Organizational skills, including financial management, initiative, prioritization, capacity, creativity, adaptability, and flexibility
