Your day in the life of a Lion Vanguard team In July 2023, Lion created a stand-alone spirits division combining Australia's best gin business, Four Pillars Gin, and Vanguard Luxury Brands, Australia's leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits.
The team is growing, and we are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our Dark Spirits Marketing Team in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the SBM – Dark Spirits, our collective purpose is to develop & deliver brilliant drinks initiatives that influence shoppers and drinkers while establishing strong partnerships with our customers.
Develop and deliver exciting, impactful, insight-led trade and shopper marketing campaigns across the dark spirits portfolio in both on-premises & retail environments.
Collaborate with brand and sales teams to develop and implement activities aligned with brand plans, ATL media plans, and customer/channel strategies with clear KPIs to measure success.
Develop briefs and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver best-in-class trade and shopper marketing activities within budget and on time.
Communicate effectively to coordinate activity across various customers and markets, ensuring brand principles are maintained.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations to ensure Vanguard Luxury Brands strives for continual improvement in efficiency and ROI.
Support the Senior Brand Manager with campaign budget management, calendar planning, and execution.
To be successful, you will bring Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
A positive, proactive mindset that embraces collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Experience in trade or shopper marketing, hospitality, events, or strong knowledge of the drinks industry is highly regarded.
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
