Job Overview:

This role oversees the strategic development and execution of partnerships, trade marketing, and exhibition initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve engagement and development objectives.
  • Manage department workflow, general operations, and staff management.
  • Develop targeted brand partnerships strategies to grow our professional network across various industries.
Exhibition and Promotions Strategy:
  • Maintain strong relationships with exhibitor marketing teams to drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Work with exhibitor partners' marketing leads to set bi-monthly marketing priorities planning calendars.
  • Create and manage 12-month cinema marketing strategies to guide staff in developing cinema marketing plans that leverage key cinema partner programs and assets.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with senior leads across all business units.
  • Drive effective communication and collaboration strategies across business units.
  • Oversee planning and execution of New Zealand brand partnerships strategy and exhibitions strategy.
Requirements:

  • Able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
