Grain Trader Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to support our trading team in executing and managing grain purchases and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in agricultural markets, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of commodity trading.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior traders in executing domestic and/or international grain trades
  • Monitor commodity markets, supply and demand trends, and pricing developments
  • Coordinate logistics, including freight booking, shipping schedules, and documentation
  • Maintain and update trading systems, positions, and records
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS, BUYERS, BROKERS, AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • Analyze historical data and provide market reports to inform trading decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in commodities, agriculture, or logistics preferred
  • Cheerful person with good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trading platforms is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
