Role and Responsibilities: Prospecting, lead generation, marketing, and sales activities Extensive diary management to optimise the lead agents schedule with clients and the team Coordination of marketing bookings and materials, with precise proofing Email management Comprehensive database management, including data entry, contact maintenance, and task tracking Independent management of daily tasks Professional communication with clients to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience General administrative tasks, including typing letters, emails, goals, stock lists, etc.
