We are searching for a Trainee Sales Associate & Cadet to join our team and support our Senior Sales Agent Jan Hooghe, one of the most exciting and dynamic real estate agents to enter the market in the last four years. As Jan's business grows, it's important we find the right candidate to join the team now, so he can continue to provide great customer service and exceed his targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in real estate, it's an entry level – role with no experience necessary, all you need is a great can-do attitude, and willingness to learn. You will benefit from a structured 12-18 month training schedule, and full support, working closely with everyone in the Sales Team to develop the necessary skills and confidence to become a stand-alone Lead Agent or Executive Sales Associate.
