Job Description

As a successful leader with a passion for customer service and jewellery, you will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager in managing a successful business. This role requires leadership skills, customer service expertise and visual merchandising knowledge.

You will be responsible for inspiring Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers, leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none. This includes supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies in store and assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store.

Maintaining exceptional store presentation is also key to this role, as well as developing leadership skills and working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watch brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the business nationally and develop your skills in retail management.
