Benefits: Hybrid working environment Collaborative and supportive team Scope to learn and grow within the automotive industry Job Description: Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an Intern – Marketing & Sales Coordinator, Leapmotor who plays a key role in the launch and success of Leapmotor in Australia – our newest EV brand in market.
This is an exciting intern position, an all rounder for the brand with a focus on delivering our sales and marketing goals.
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leapmotor business.
This will include data analytics, administration and coordination duties.
It requires a love of electric vehicles, data and reporting, and a keen eye for detail.
The position is Full-Time (38 hours per week), Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities are: Reporting & Analysis Provide sales & marketing data analysis and reporting, in addition to existing reports.
Produce sales & support marketing presentations for local and regional committees.
Identify reporting and process efficiencies to improve analytics and create automation.
Supplier Management Support procurement processes, including supplier agreements, PR creation and invoice management.
Responsible for coordinating invoices and liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment.
Budget tracking and management.
Fleet Management Manage Leapmotor fleet of vehicles ensuring they are optimised at all times, vehicle loan process & documentations are correct, and administrating related vehicle transport, cleaning, & repairs.
Support vehicle preparation & logistics for purposes of activations (marketing activities), product launches and product training.
Support other tasks & senior members of the Leapmotor team as required.
Proactive engagement of, and marketing support to, the Leapmotor dealer network.
Manage the dealer marketing inbox.
Budget management including invoicing and purchasing processes and administration.
Manage the Leapmotor Marketing vehicle fleet.
Partner and communicate with relevant Regional and Global Leapmotor Brand and Marketing colleagues.
Support key stakeholders on with the development and input for presentations.
Diligent file keeping and administration for Leapmotor marketing related items.
You will be required to be/have: Minimum Qualifications Currently studying a Bachelor Degree level degree in a relevant discipline Minimum Experience Some experience in an analytical or business capacity would be an advantage Job-Specific Skills and Requirements Experience with MS Office, in particular sound understanding of MS Excel and basic functions/formulas Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Solid analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations from data; Attention to detail and time management skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written; Customer centric approach in everything you do; Experience working autonomously and as a member of a team; Solutions-driven with a drive to deliver on deadline to the highest professional standards; Flexibility to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment; Confident and mature outlook; and An ability to build relationships and communicate across different levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
