Disability Service Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability support across a portfolio of home (SIL) services in Toowoomba.
This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team through a time of positive change and renewed focus on client outcomes, staff development, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client NDIS plans.
Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
Collaborate with families, health practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies that promote service innovation and efficiency.
Handle complex client needs and escalate risks where appropriate.
Build community connections and identify opportunities to grow and tailor services in line with local needs.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community, or residential services.
Strong understanding of the NDIS, relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and crisis response capability.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver operational results.
