Based in our Day Program in Haberfield, as a Service Coordinator, you will coordinate services and lead practice at a site level, providing supervision, on-the-ground role modelling, coaching, and support for staff as well as supports to the clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of group homes or day programs including household accounts, staffing costs, and program activities.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for site team members.
  • Ensure all mandatory reports are provided on time.
  • Drive Supported Independent Living development with team members.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to appropriate standards.
About you
  • Minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent experience in disability support.
  • Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support, and human rights-based approach to service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems.
  • Practical experience in achieving community inclusion.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
