Job Title: Disability Services Executive

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-quality disability support across various services in Toowoomba.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, drive person-centred service delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent support.

  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Drive strengths-based service delivery aligned with client needs and NDIS plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with families, health practitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and effective support.
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies for service innovation and efficiency.
  • Handle complex client needs and escalate risks as necessary.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability services, community programs, or residential care.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, quality standards, and sector legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and crisis response skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver operational results.
