**Job Overview**

As a seasoned professional in the disability sector, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Site Manager Disability Services.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their independent living goals and thrive in their communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Belmore Supported Independent Living (SIL) service, guiding Support Workers and clients to develop consistent and professional relationships. They will also promote a person-centered approach, giving clients choice and control over their lives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining open communication channels with staff and clients.

  • Lead and support teams: Guide and mentor Support Workers to provide high-quality services and foster a culture of risk management.
  • Promote person-centered approach: Champion efficient processes and empower clients to make informed decisions about their lives.

In addition, the Site Manager will assist in developing and implementing NDIS plans, ensuring clients have a voice and actively supporting their independence, hobbies, and interests.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership experience in the disability sector, a focus on championing efficient processes, and a commitment to fostering a culture of risk management. You should also possess relevant qualifications, such as a minimum Cert 4 equivalent in Social Services or a related domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualification: Minimum Cert 4 equivalent in Social Services or a related domain.
  • Knowledge of legislation: Familiarity with relevant disability legislation and standards, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
