Site Manager Disability Services

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our Belmore SIL service as a full-time permanent Site Manager.

  • The successful candidate will possess proven leadership experience in the disability sector, guiding and supporting clients and mentor Support Workers, promoting a person-centered approach and enabling clients to exercise choice & control over their lives.
  • They will oversee the effective management and daily operations of SIL accommodation services, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for clients to achieve their independent living goals.
  • The role requires two billable on-the-floor shifts each week, fostering a positive environment and maintaining an open-door policy where staff and clients feel valued & safe.

The Site Manager will collaborate with the Cluster Manager to empower Support Workers, champion efficient processes, and foster a strong culture of risk management.
