What you'll do:

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be at the forefront of managing significant changes across various projects and initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing people-related changes during system implementation projects, developing comprehensive communication plans, facilitating impact assessment interviews, supporting the development of learning approaches, providing expert advice on change activities, supporting teams through the change process, and applying our unique change management approach across all business initiatives.   • Manage the people change aspects of system implementation projects and guide the integration of change management plans, deliverables, and activities into the overall project approach.
  • Undertake change risk assessments and develop resource and cost appropriate change management plans for inclusion within the project execution and risk management process.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and execute scheduled communication activities with all relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate impact assessment interviews and workshops to identify and assess change impacts and potential resistance to change before developing and implementing best practice solutions.
  • Support the development of the learning approach, training needs analysis, and deliver on plans where required.
  • Provide change expertise in the use of methods and tools in support of change activities for projects.
  • Support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through the change management process.
  • Apply the organisation's change management approach and methodology across enterprise-wide business change initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Change Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in end-to-end change management activities. You will have a proven track record of developing effective change strategies, conducting comprehensive stakeholder analysis, and delivering successful stakeholder engagement and communication plans. Your strong experience in managing change within system implementation projects in medium to large organisations will be crucial in this role. Your ability to identify potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to address these will be highly valued. Furthermore, your exceptional stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced communication skills will set you apart in this role.

  • Significant experience with completing end-to-end change management activities including developing change strategies, completing stakeholder analysis, development and delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Strong experience with delivering change management activities within a system implementation project in a medium to large organisation.
  • Extensive experience in identifying potential employee and client anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to address these.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate, negotiate, influence at all levels.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to consult, coach, mediate and facilitate workshops.
