**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to take up the temporary position of Admin & HR intern. During the internship, you will report to the Head Manager of Human Resources & Operations to support the day to day management & Growth of The Progress Faculty's people, culture and operational functions.

This opportunity will also involve a hands-on pragmatic and practical approach in supporting the day to day operations & growth of the company. This is a Grass Roots opportunity to gain exposure within the industry and understanding of an administraion, hr & Recruitment role.

**About the Internship**:

- 12-week internship
- Able to commit to at least 2 days per week

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**You will be completing a variety of HR and Administration duties, including the following**:

- Completing the onboarding and induction process with new employees.
- Administration support (Filing and drafting up new employee paperwork, performance appraisals, performance management documents, off-boarding and termination paperwork).
- Completing exit documentation for resignations or terminations.
- Admin ad-hoc activities as required (Invoices, scanning and printing).
- Support the administrative management of policies, procedures, systems, guidelines and forms and other day to day operations of the company
- Support and promote positive employee cultural activities.

**About you**:

- Currently studying or interested in HR (or related field such as Business or Psychology with a HR focus).
- Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Suite and Computer literate.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong interest in developing your HR & administrational skills.
- Willingness to learn from the ground up (Grass Roots Development).

**Salary**: $46,917.54 - $87,627.43 per year
