The Company
Kennedy Reid is a leading provider of claims administration services, seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join their team. As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims end to end, providing exceptional service to policyholders, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
The Role
- Maintain a portfolio of property claims, from initial assessment to final resolution, in the builder's warranty space.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine damage and provide accurate assessments.
- Provide timely and effective support and advice to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, contractors, and other relevant parties, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of policy wordings, ensuring accurate interpretation and application.
- Work from home with flexibility, with regular check-ins and collaboration with the Kennedy Reid team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling domestic or commercial property or strata claims end to end.
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines, ensuring timely resolution of claims.
- Experience in managing claims and stakeholders, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
