The opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, experienced Account Manager to join FinXL, based in our Sydney office. You will identify and grow current major IT services engagements, projects and consulting opportunities and optimise our business performance.

You will be responsible for providing recommendations to clients for process improvements and developing account strategies based on current and upcoming requirements by combining consultants expertise with proven methodologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Who you are

Have a demonstrable and proven track record of Solution Sales or Software sales, Business Development and Account ManagementYou will be inquisitive, thorough and absolutely focused on delivering the best outcomes for our customersHave a background in technology and or commercial proposal capture management to identify, shape and lead competitive bidsShow experience with complex deal managementDisplay commercial acumen to ensure financial growth is achieved through a defined strategic sales / business planHave a proven track record in achieving targets, generating new business leadsSelf-motivated and with a strong desire to exceed personal and team goalsShow creativity, drive and tenacity, with excellent interpersonal and communications skillsDemonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills What will you do?
