The Administrative / Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring top-notch customer service. This position involves handling administrative tasks and addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Administration:
- - Sales Order processing: Enters new Sales Order information into SAP
- - Raise Invoices: Assists Contract Manager or Project Manager in specific contract actions and notifications. Assists in identifying the contract baseline and developing wall chart
- - Receipting of Supplier invoices: Receipt supplier invoices to specific jobs and projects
- - Project administration: Prepare paperwork and catering for project Factory Testing visits
- - Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- - Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- - Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- - Provide information about products, services, and policies
- - Maintain customer records and update account information
- - Medium proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Suite, and SAP
- - Minimum 12 months of administrative experience required
