The Position

  • Lead your team to ensure successful service periods
  • Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production and menu-based catering
  • Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, & staff management
  • Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
  • Monitor stock and minimize food wastage
  • Train, coach and mentor team members

The Person

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Solid experience in a Head Chef or similar leadership position
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
  • Good understanding of COG' sold and ability to use the online ordering system
  • Finesse in plating, knowing that presentation matters
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
  • A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

** Successful candidate must be able to pass an ASIC security clearance background check
