The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive
Office Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Melbourne team.

This role will support the smooth functioning of our office, and we'll count on you to:

  • Welcome visitors, both external and visiting employees from other offices, and provide support during their time in Melbourne.
  • Manage internal and external communications including inboxes and phone lines.
  • Manage deliveries into the office and check the mail.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and other shared areas.
  • Ensure kitchen area is clean and tidy, including restocking coffee/tea/milk and stacking/emptying dishwasher when required.
  • Monitor stationery and kitchen supplies and order new stock.
  • Order and coordinate catering for events and functions.
  • Process expenses and credit card reconciliations.
  • Provide 1:1 support to the Melbourne Leadership Team where required.
  • Undertake Fire Warden, FirstAid or Safety Officer training as necessary to fulfill safety requirements.
  • Assist with ad hoc administration tasks as required.
This role is being offered permanent position based full-time in our Melbourne Office.

Utilise your strong experience providing business/operational support in a corporate environment, along with your knowledge of the AEC industry to join our 100$ employee-owned company

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated, wellorganized and detailoriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
