The Purpose of the Role

The main goal of this position is to enhance the efficiency of the Melbourne office by providing thorough support to both internal and external clients, ensuring that the firm's business objectives are successfully met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling photocopying, printing, and scanning tasks, including organizing court documents and briefs
  • Creating letters and court documents using specified templates
  • Managing electronic filing and documentation
  • Submitting court filings both electronically and in person
  • Handling document and package deliveries and collections
  • Ensuring the tidiness and stock of the copy room and general office space
  • Archiving documents
  • Providing support with general office duties
  • Assisting with reception backup as needed
  • Supporting projects when necessary

  • Ability to coordinate work activities and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Capability to execute duties and meet deadlines while following instructions
  • Performing tasks at a high standard of quality
