Customer Service/Warranty Officer to join their team in Western Sydney.


One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active/existing clients regarding their products and services.


Key responsibilities;

  • Data entry of service/warranty reports
  • Taking inbound calls daily
  • Communicating with customers to confirm orders & delivery times
  • Resolve any product related issues & provide solutions
  • Work closely with account managers
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding spare parts & replacements

The successful applicant;

  • Proven experience in a similar role _(call centre experience highly regarded)_
  • Demonstrated experience assessing/processing warranty/service claims
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure & multi task
  • Full working rights

Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
