We're currently looking for a strategically minded remuneration professional to ensure our compensation and benefit programs support strategic objectives, are internally equitable and market-competitive, and meet all legal requirements.


How you will make contributions that matter:

A key member of the global compensation team, as well as the Australian HR Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for leading the design, communication and administration of compensation and benefit programs and payroll services.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role which will include:

  • Providing strategic advice to, and partnering with, the divisional HR team and business leaders.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining base and variable pay programs, as well as administration of compensation programs including base pay structures, job evaluation, quarterly incentive program and annual salary review process.
  • Oversight of the payroll function to ensure accurate, compliant and timely service delivery.
  • Managing employee benefit programs, including novated leases and service awards. Divisional delivery of the global Employee Share Ownership Plan.
  • Overseeing administration of the mobility program.
  • Sitting as part of a broader centre of expertise, you will engage with peers globally on strategic compensation initiatives.
  • Driving continual improvement of the delivery of services to employees, ensuring high levels of customer service and responsiveness.

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in progressive compensation and benefits experience coupled with strong leadership experience
  • A proven track record of building and leading effective, highperformance teams and organizations and processes to support the strategic direction of the business and the reputation for getting results from others through empowerment and accountability.
  • Key to your success will be your excellent communication and presentation skills: direct, honest and flexible with the agility to quickly influence diverse and rapidly changing audiences.
Exposure to Workday and Chris21 would be beneficial, but is not essential
