Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our centralised team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our overall success by performing various functions.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the benefits function of the business, including superannuation and settlements processes. You will collaborate with different claims management teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes. You will also provide specialised oversight within different specialised areas of the Compensation and Benefits Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various functions within our organisation, develop a broad skill set, and make a significant impact on our operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and customer-centric Workers Compensation claims service through efficient monitoring and oversight of some of our centralised functions.
  • Support data analysis and reporting to contribute to streamlining processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service towards all parties, and demonstrate a commitment to learning and development.
  • Gain knowledge of differing employment awards to further your understanding of how remuneration cycles and structures operate for various employers.
About You
  • You will have experience in Worker's compensation and strong problem-solving skills.
  • You will have high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your tasks.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation and external parties.
