Compensation and Benefits Senior Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Case Manager to join our Compensation and Benefits team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and customer-centric Workers Compensation claims service through efficient monitoring and oversight of centralised functions
- Support data analysis and reporting to contribute to streamlining processes and improve overall efficiency
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service to all parties, demonstrating a commitment to learning and development
- Learn about differing employment awards to further understanding of remuneration cycles and structures for various employers

- Worker's compensation knowledge and experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
