About the Role

As the Head of Commercial & Benefits Manager, you'll be the expert in health benefits and a key advisor on matters related to health service provision. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead critical initiatives focused on payment integrity, health support services, and benefit trends analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programs that address Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and Error and ensure resources and skills are aligned with corporate goals;
  • Oversee existing and new services, growing the health services capability to ensure development and maintenance of key skills, competencies and resources required to deliver corporate objectives;
  • Grow the team to be recognized as experts in provider behavior, health system trends, and clinical issues while minimizing operational risks;
  • Offer quality leadership through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development.

Requirements

  • Possess experience working with health providers, insurers or a similar organization;
  • A background in data analytics is highly desirable, especially health data;
  • Strong commercial acumen and health-related expertise, especially within insurance or health provider settings;
  • A proven track record of implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives;
  • Experience in managing complex programs is essential;
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Be a leader that motivates and aligns teams toward shared goals.
