Your responsibilities include:

  • Processing monthly payroll for permanent employees
  • Managing weekly payroll for a large number of casual workers
  • Integrating new hires into the payroll system and facilitating temp-to-perm transitions
  • Calculating superannuation, taxation, leave entitlements, and workers' compensation payments
  • Maintaining accurate records (such as leave requests and medical documentation)
  • Conducting end-of-year payroll reconciliation

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Possession of a Working with Children Check is essential
  • Experience with Preceda software is highly valued
